How to sign up and bid on our online auctions.

TO GET REGISTERED:

Go to our “online auctions” menu and select “My account” You will be guided through our registration there.

TO BID AND FOLLOW YOUR ITEMS:

You must “Log in” to “My Account” (your account) to bid.

When registered and bidding on an item your items can be seen through the “Auctions” page in your account menu. Check out the different “bids” headings you can choose from. That is where you will find what you are bidding on and winning or losing.

We are working with the software developer to make it more user friendly but it does work just fine through these steps.

INVOICES and ORDERS:

Orders and invoices should be taken care of now with a recent software update but if there is any issue allow Vogt Auctions time to complete and send you an invoice before you pay. This will cut down on confusion on both sides.

PAYMENT:

For most auctions the buyer will be required to pay by card before the item may be picked up “unless noted”. We will accept cash, at time of pick up, at Vogt Auctions discretion.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be given if item is not up to description or satisfaction of buyer. Unless listed “As Is” in description.

We use the Stripe payment system. Some payments may be automatically deducted from your card on file.
