A little bit about myself, I am married to my lovely wife Rachel. I have a daughter Lynda who is married to Mike Rogers with two daughters Rylee and Raegan. My mother and father are Sue and Lloyd Vogt and my brother is Matt. He is married to Jessica and they have 2 daughters Joellen and Josie. My father is an auctioneer, antique dealer, farmer and rancher. I grew up around the auction business. My mother would clerk some of the auctions and my cousin Bev would be the cashier. I have spent countless hours at personal property auctions all over Kansas and cattle auctions in Eldorado and Hutchison as a child. I worked in the radio business for 16 years and learned a lot about media, social media and advertising, all which are skills I still use today. I have worked as a concert and benefit promoter for over 15 years putting on over 700 live music concerts and benefit shows in that time. For over 14 years I have been a part of Emma Creeks Antiques in Hesston Kansas appraising, buying and selling antiques. Also a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2018. In 2020 I was made a member of the Harvey County Historical Society Board.
