Our online auction service is the least invasive way to remove items from a home. VA will meet you at your residence and give you a free appraisal of your personal property and offer you these options.
25% Vogt Auctions basic service: is our “Antique Picker” online auction service. We come through the residence and offer to take items to our antique store to be sold online and picked up there. (Least Intrusive) Collections can be delivered too.
35% In Home Online Auction Service: Vogt Auctions comes to the residence and photographs items and then conducts auction with item pickup at residence of seller. (It is better if homes are in transition or empty) Clean Home Rate.
45% Dirty In Home Online Service: Dirty, dusty, cat infested, haunted, angry neighbor or 3 rooms full of Christmas stuff Home Rate.
Real Estate & Personal Property Complete Service: Vogt Auctions will meet you at your home to give a free appraisal of your Real Estate, Antiques & Personal Property. Individual estate items will be sold online through our in-house auction website for the 25% rate. Real Estate will be cleaned and listed with our in-house company Emma Creeks Real Estate & Auction. This is great service for anyone. We will do it all! Vogt Auctions all inclusive service will save you money and time.

Emma Creeks Antiques Consignment: for very limited items we have the ability to consign items into Emma Creeks Antiques in Hesston Kansas. Emma Creeks Antiques receives 25% of sales + expenses if any.
Agreement made this _____ day of ________________ between Troy Vogt of Vogt Auctions and _________________________The auctioneer hereby agrees to use his professional skill, knowledge, and experience to the best advantage of both parties in preparing for and conducting the sale. The seller hereby agrees to turn over and deliver to Vogt Auctions, to be sold at public auction or sale, pre agreed upon items. No item shall be Sold or Withdrawn from sale after contract is signed without mutual agreement between seller and Vogt Auctions. If item is removed or sold Vogt Auctions will receive full commission on item.And if postponed because of weather or sickness, said auction or sale will be held at later date agreed upon by both parties. It is mutually agreed that all said goods will be sold to the highest bidder with the exception of items specified by seller in writing to be protected. It is further mutually agreed that Vogt Auctions may deduct their fee at set rate below from gross sale receipts resulting from said sale. Vogt Auctions agrees to turn over net proceeds to seller along with sales records and receipts as applicable. Seller agrees that all expenses incurred for advertising, promotion and of conduction of sale be paid first from the proceeds realized from said sale before the payment and satisfaction of any liens or encumbrances. Seller agrees and covenants they have good title and right to sell and all goods are free from all encumbrances. Seller agrees to provide merchantable title to all items sold and deliver title to purchasers. Seller agrees to hold harmless Vogt Auctions against any claims of the nature referred to in this contract
